Jaden is a doctoral candidate in the Clinical Science in Child and Adolescent Psychology program at Florida International University under the co-mentorship of Drs. Raul Gonzalez and Angela Laird. He completed a BS in Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Kansas in 2020, an MS in Clinical Child and School Psychology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2022, and an MS in Psychology at Florida International University in 2024 en route to his PhD. Jaden’s research interests focus on neurodevelopmental disabilities (i.e., autism, ADHD, intellectual disability) from infancy to early adulthood. Jaden has contributed to research projects that have examined underlying behavioral, neural, and physiological correlates of these disabilities in infancy and adolescence. He has also contributed to research projects examining best practices for conducting psychosocial research with this population in adulthood, as well as planning for and outcomes of the transition from adolescence to adulthood for young adults with neurodevelopmental disabilities.
